- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Physical fitness and mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record (asset).
- Basic computer literacy (asset).
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team.
- Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights), weekends, and overtime as required.
- Seasonal schedule with potential temporary winter layoff.
- Facility environment requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Standing for extended periods.
