(Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)Key levers where you will make an impactOwn the supply plan for the Ice Cream category and define optimal inventory strategies to achieve the best service-to-cost balanceOptimize supplier ordering to ensure operational continuity at the lowest total costTake ownership of losses (raw materials and finished goods) and implement reduction plansMonitor and manage supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs)Deploy continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational and financial resultsManage production capacity in the short, medium, and long termLead supply reviews as part of the IBP / S&OP processDevelop and share long-term capacity visibility with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teamsPropose supply chain optimization scenarios to drive sales growth and profitabilityRepresent the S&OP function in new product development and launch initiativesEnsure robust supply and capacity plans are in place to support the organization’s various functionsLead, engage, and develop a team of three planning analystsFoster an environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and clear, effective communicationWhat will enable you to create value5 to 7 years of experience in supply planning or a similar supply chain role, ideally in a CPG environmentBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field, and/or a professional designation in supply chainStrong ability to solve complex problems, strategic thinking, and crisis management skillsSolid mastery of statistics, planning, and inventory management methods, with a clear understanding of financial impactsDemonstrated ability to benchmark best practices and establish a culture of continuous improvementExcellent interpersonal and influencing skills in a matrix environmentAPICS and/or Six Sigma certificationsAdvanced user of Microsoft ExcelA role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
