- Provide HR guidance and administrative support to all levels of the Paris team.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, complete background checks, and prepare employment offers.
- Lead onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration and compliance with policies.
- Coach managers on HR best practices, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
- Administer employee status changes, benefits, leaves, and immigration documentation.
- Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.
- Build trust and strong relationships by connecting with employees on the production floor.
- Administer and process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Maintain payroll records, review timecards, and validate pay, overtime, and deductions.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Prepare payroll reports, support audits, year-end filings (T4s), and legislative requirements.
