Preconstruction Manager - VancouverWe are seeking a Manager, Preconstruction to lead early-stage project planning, estimating, and design coordination for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. This role ensures accurate costing, strong constructability reviews, and smooth handover into construction.Responsibilities
  • Lead preconstruction, feasibility, budgeting, and design reviews
  • Manage conceptual estimates, tendering, and subtrade coordination
  • Support VDC, clash detection, and digital construction workflows
  • Maintain pricing databases and support proposal and bid strategies
  • Collaborate with design, development, and construction teams
Requirements
  • 5 to 10 plus years experience in preconstruction, estimating, or related construction roles
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, scopes, tendering, and contracts
  • Proficiency with estimating, takeoff, and BIM/digital tools
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage multidisciplinary teams
Salary band: $100,000 to $130,000
