As one of Canada’s leading non-prime consumer lenders, we offer a full suite of products including non-prime leasing, unsecured and secured loans as well as point-of-sale-financing though easyhome, easyfinancial, and LendCare.The Manager, HR Systems & Analytics is responsible for the optimization, sustainability, and scalability of HR systems and data insights, as well as ongoing management of the HR technology roadmap. This role drives the conceptualization, design and development of HR data and coordinates efforts across various projects by leading stakeholders with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and prioritization.What will you be doing?
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of automated solutions to streamline HR processes as needed, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and employee data management.
  • Own and lead platform innovations, upgrades, change initiatives, and proactive platform maintenance projects
  • Continuously stay up to date with latest technologies at market within the HR space and provides thought leadership and guidance around advancing new HR technologies and capabilities that are value-driven and create operational efficiencies
  • Lead the requirements gathering, business casing and implementation of new systems
  • Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems and data, leveraging their expertise to consult stakeholders across the business on uses of HR data or integrations
  • Lead the team in the development of processes, policies, and workflows for data management and maintenance, establishes internal controls, and develops audit procedures to ensure data integrity
  • Manage the overall HR technical calendar and roadmap across HR teams
  • Collaborate with the HR Leadership team to develop meaningful metrics that provide actionable insights
  • Ensure data infrastructure supports future growth and the integration of data for analytics and employee insights
  • Support small to large cross- functional HR projects; individually contributing on related work packages, as well as playing a key central project management role, ensuring alignment across HR and working closely with business and technical teams for successful delivery
  • Accountable for all reports and integrations delivered from HR systems
  • Assist HR, payroll, and management users with resolution of business systems issues, managing escalation to external application customer support as needed
  • Conduct scheduled user access audits
  • Document and report on activities and milestones for HRLT, key stakeholders and SteerCo meetings
  • Leadership and day to day management of HRIS Analyst(s)
What experience do you have?
  • Comprehensive HRIS experience
  • Hands -on experience with full life cycle implementations such as an ATS, HRIS or HCM system
  • Advanced expertise in reporting applications and information management tools including, but not limited to MS Office, PowerBI and the Cognos reporting suite. Includes experience with lookup function, macros, pivot tables, excel formulas
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and peers
  • Organized and motivated with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a project management role, an asset
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and it’s functionality, an asset
