Lead the Team: Train, coach, and support a team of up to 15 seasonal team members to reach and exceed sales goals.
Be the Go-To for Customers: Make sure every customer feels welcome and supported by providing great service and resolving any escalations with a positive and professional attitude.
Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising, ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and organized, and create an inviting space for customers and staff.
Manage Inventory: Keep the right amount of stock on hand by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accurate receiving processes, and verifying quantities are correct.

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: 2 or more years in a retail management role.
Team Player: You're great at working on your own but thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Tech Skills: You're comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Customer-First Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.
