Job Title:Senior Business System Analyst (fenergo)Experience Required:7–10 yearsRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Banking and Client Onboarding domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Agile hybrid environments, deep knowledge of KYC and regulatory workflows, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Experience with Fenergo (FenX) and application migrations is highly preferred.
Detailed Job Description:
Requirements:
· 10+ years of hands on BSA experience in an Agile/ Hybrid development environment within Banking and Client Onboarding space.
· Strong understanding of Client Onboarding, KYC and regulatory workflow set up and nuances on workflow rules and dependacies.
· Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and being tech savvy to easily understand application integrations for external data capture and downstream reporting.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge gap between technical and non-technical teams.
· Previous experience on application migrations (preferred on-prem to Saas)
· Fenergo - FenX experience (highly preferred)Top 3 Required Skills:
