- The Senior Manager plays a key role in driving cohesive and effective communication across the enterprise, working in close partnership with senior leadership to shape and execute high-impact strategies that inform, engage, and inspire employees
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders on communication planning and delivery, ensuring messaging reflects the voice of our clients, employees, and stakeholders, and aligns with Element’s Purpose, strategy, and Values
- Lead the development and execution of executive communications for EVPs and senior leadership, providing messaging support on cultural initiatives, enterprise priorities, and key organizational updates
- Design and manage a robust editorial calendar that integrates enterprise strategy, employee experience goals, and communication best practices to ensure consistency and clarity across all internal messaging
- Oversee content planning and delivery for employee communications channels, including the intranet, email campaigns, leadership forums, and town halls, ensuring messages are timely, relevant, and cohesive
- Foster a culture of open dialogue by supporting strategies that invite feedback, amplify diverse perspectives, and elevate leadership transparency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate messaging, integrate initiatives, and ensure seamless communication execution
- Use audience insights and engagement metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize impact and relevance
- Act as a senior leader and mentor within the Communications team, with responsibility for the growth, coaching, and development of team members, including a Communications Lead and Senior Associate
- Provide ongoing support, training, and feedback to help team members build expertise in corporate communications, content creation, and stakeholder engagement
- Foster collaborative, agile, and values-aligned team culture, encouraging innovation and accountability
- Support performance planning and professional development efforts in partnership with Communications leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10 – 12 years’ experience navigating matrixed organizations; driving culture change; leading and influencing others with limited authority; articulating and demonstrating the importance of communications planning and strategy to business partners
- Self-starter; operating under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; navigating ambiguity and change; opportunistic; diplomatic in their ability to tailor approach with different internal/external audiences
- Strong business acumen (demonstrated by communications that are consistently prioritized and driven by business demand)
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership on the development and communication of large-scale strategies and transformation work
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. Strong project management and organization skills with attention for details
