- Develop outreach frameworks and messaging that resonate with HR, TA, and sales leaders
- Partner with executive leadership to align sales with business goals
- Build a high-performing outbound sales team from the ground up
- Lead with a data-driven, accountability-first mindset
- Coach reps on outbound prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, and closing
- Own top-of-funnel performance: lead generation, prospecting, and outbound campaigns
- Drive full-cycle B2B sales focused on selling executive search and recruitment solutions
- Establish new client relationships in mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Implement CRM workflows (Salesforce), automation tools, and performance dashboards
- Track KPIs (pipeline velocity, close rates, CAC) and optimize continuously
- Deliver reliable forecasts and help drive predictable revenue
- Stay ahead of industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitors in the recruiting space
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to improve targeting and conversion
- Proven success building and leading outbound sales teams in a staffing or executive search firm
- Track record of new business development in a consultative, B2B environment
- Experienced in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring sales reps
- Known for setting high standards, fostering ownership, and driving performance
- History of exceeding revenue goals and pipeline targets
- Fluent in CRM and sales tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Comfortable speaking with senior HR, talent, and revenue leaders
- Able to diagnose client needs and position customized recruiting solutions
