As we scale, we’re seeking a bold and strategic Vice President of Sales to take our outbound growth engine to the next level.The OpportunityAs VP of Sales, you will lead the charge in building and scaling a world-class outbound sales function. You’ll recruit, coach, and manage a high-performance sales team, create scalable outbound strategies, and drive net-new business across key verticals.This is a high-impact leadership role for a sales executive with deep experience in staffing or recruiting services, who knows how to win with consultative, outbound-led sales motions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution
  • Design and execute a scalable outbound sales strategy focused on net-new client acquisition
  • Develop outreach frameworks and messaging that resonate with HR, TA, and sales leaders
  • Partner with executive leadership to align sales with business goals
Team Building & Leadership
  • Build a high-performing outbound sales team from the ground up
  • Lead with a data-driven, accountability-first mindset
  • Coach reps on outbound prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, and closing
Pipeline Growth & Business Development
  • Own top-of-funnel performance: lead generation, prospecting, and outbound campaigns
  • Drive full-cycle B2B sales focused on selling executive search and recruitment solutions
  • Establish new client relationships in mid-market and enterprise accounts
Sales Operations & Optimization
  • Implement CRM workflows (Salesforce), automation tools, and performance dashboards
  • Track KPIs (pipeline velocity, close rates, CAC) and optimize continuously
  • Deliver reliable forecasts and help drive predictable revenue
Client & Market Strategy
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitors in the recruiting space
  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to improve targeting and conversion
QualificationsOutbound Sales Leadership in Recruiting
  • Proven success building and leading outbound sales teams in a staffing or executive search firm
  • Track record of new business development in a consultative, B2B environment
Team Builder & Strategic Leader
  • Experienced in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring sales reps
  • Known for setting high standards, fostering ownership, and driving performance
Results-Driven Operator
  • History of exceeding revenue goals and pipeline targets
  • Fluent in CRM and sales tooling (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Consultative Seller
  • Comfortable speaking with senior HR, talent, and revenue leaders
  • Able to diagnose client needs and position customized recruiting solutions
