Adecco is currently hiring a Digital Transformation Operations Manager for a full-time opportunity based in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for a driven leader with strong experience in document imaging, records management, and operational leadership within a production environment.The successful candidate will oversee digital conversion operations, ensuring physical records are accurately transformed into secure, high-quality digital assets while maintaining compliance with client requirements and regulatory standards.Salary: $30/hourLocation: Ottawa, ONSchedule: Monday - FridayEmployment Type: Permanent | Full-timeSecurity Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain Level II Secret ClearanceResponsibilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of document digitization, including preparation, scanning, indexing, quality control, and digital deliveryEnsure all imaging and conversion activities meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practicesApply records management and archival principles to ensure proper handling, classification, and preservation of informationManage metadata capture, indexing structures, and information governance standardsMonitor daily imaging operations, ensuring production targets, timelines, and service levels are consistently metTrack and analyze operational metrics, providing regular reporting on performance and outputIdentify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and qualityMaintain and coordinate servicing of scanning and imaging equipmentSupport billing and invoicing processes related to digital imaging projectsLead, mentor, and develop a team of imaging professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environmentDevelop and maintain training programs, onboarding materials, and operational proceduresProvide hands-on support when required, including assisting with scanning and document preparation tasksImplement and oversee quality assurance processes, including audits and compliance checksEnsure secure handling of sensitive and confidential records in line with privacy and governance standardsCollaborate with internal teams and external clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and align on project requirementsParticipate in client meetings and occasional site visits as neededRequirementsMust be eligible to work and reside within CanadaPost-secondary education in Information Management, Library Science, IT, or a related field is an asset3-5+ years of experience in document imaging, digitization, or records management2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong understanding of digital imaging workflows and high-volume scanning environmentsKnowledge of metadata standards, indexing, and records lifecycle managementExperience with document management systems and capture softwareAdvanced computer skills and familiarity with databases and file management systemsExposure to scripting or coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell) is an assetUnderstanding of IT systems, integrations, and workflow automationStrong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issuesExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to balance hands-on technical work with operational management responsibilitiesProfessional certifications such as CIP or IGP are considered an assetInterested in this position?
