  • Lead the design of product features and user experiences, from concept to execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
  • Utilize and contribute to Pixieset's design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable user experience
  • Define and deliver the UX vision and design solutions for one or more of our core products
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring ideas to life
  • Provide strategic input on product features and contribute to shaping the product roadmap
  • Ensure technical feasibility of design solutions while aligning with company goals and user needs
  • Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the team's work
  • Mentor and support other designers, providing feedback to help refine their skills and approach
  • Contribute to a strong design culture through collaboration, feedback, and continuous process improvement
Role Requirements
  • Expertise in designing and shipping SaaS products for SMB or consumer audiences in cross-functional teams
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design craft, including layout, typography and polished shipped work
  • Ability to lead the design of complex product features and user experiences from concept through execution
  • Expertise in Figma and it's suite of tools (FigJam, prototyping, and collaborative workflows)
  • Strong business/product-sense, with the ability to clearly present and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high-level of attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership and reliability, driving projects end to end with minimal oversight

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $110,200 - $148,050 annually.
