Optimize cash positioning, including intercompany transfers and cash pooling structures
Manage day-to-day banking activities, including accounts, payments, and credit facilities
Maintain relationships with financial institutions and oversee treasury operations and compliance
Support construction and development projects by tracking funding requirements and draw schedules
Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior management
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Maintain debt schedules and support loan compliance, covenant reporting, and refinancing initiatives
Identify and mitigate treasury-related risks, including liquidity and interest rate exposure
Drive process improvements and support the implementation of treasury systems and automation tools.Treasury Analyst Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5-7+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related function
Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial analysis
Experience with treasury management systems and financial reporting tools
Experience in real estate, construction, or healthcare/retirement living sectors
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilitiesEmployment Details:Location: Toronto, ON
Employment Type: 3 months of contract with possibility of extension
Pay: $50- $55/hr
