Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Results-driven Automation and Generative AI Specialist with strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and scaling intelligent automation solutions. Proven expertise in AI agents, workflow automation, chatbots, data orchestration, and GenAI-driven systems. Adept at working across multiple projects simultaneously, translating business problems into scalable technical solutions, and delivering end-to-end automation with minimal manual intervention.What will you do?Designed and implemented end-to-end automation solutions across multiple business domains using AI, workflows, and orchestration tools; built and deployed intelligent chatbots to handle conversational workflows, user queries, and operational automation.Developed and managed Apache Airflow pipelines for data movement, scheduling, monitoring, and orchestration of complex workflows.Created AI-driven email automation systems, enabling automated notifications, alerts, reporting, and decision-based communications.Integrated Generative AI (GenAI) models into real-world business processes to enhance productivity, decision-making, and user experience.Designed and worked with multi-agent systems, enabling agents to collaborate, self-execute tasks, validate outputs, and handle failures autonomously.Automated repetitive and manual operational tasks, significantly reducing human effort and turnaround time.Worked across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring scalability, reliability, and reusability of automation frameworks; collaborated closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into robust, production-ready automation solutions.Ensured best practices around error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization in automated systems.What do you need to succeed?Must have:Degree in Computer Science or related discipline5+ years of related experience, with a background in automation or software development1-2+ years experience in AIExperience in: automation Architecture & Workflow Design; generative AI & AI Agents; chatbot Development; apache Airflow; email & Notification Automation; multi-Agent Systems; data Pipelines & Orchestration; system Integration & APIs; problem Solving & Solution DesignWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
