· Over 15 years of experience working on Multi-Discipline Railway projects.· Professional Engineering Certificate.· Proven track record in multi-discipline engineering management in railway infrastructure· Strong Systems Engineering and Project Assurance background.· Knowledge of requirements management, V&V, safety assurance and their use on railway projects.· Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations (CMREA, ISO 15288, and EN 50126).· Strategic and detailed understanding of innovative methods of project delivery, staging,, planning, testing and commissioning.· Excellent oral and written communication skills, clear and concise; good presentation skills and competent computer skills.Preferred Technical Competencies
· INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification.· PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.· Active membership in key industry professional institutions.Required Leadership & Behavioural Competencies
