Job DescriptionRenesas Electronics is a market leader in timing products. Timing division develops integrated solutions for telecommunications, industrial, automotive and data center markets. We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented product manager to drive our timing products. You'll be part of the product line management team and help define the product strategy. You will also act as both internal and external evangelist for these products, working with the sales channel and key customers. This will be a high-visibility role. Your everyday work will have a significant impact on customer relationships, winning designs across entire product portfolio and product planning.Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities and drive product strategy in focused customer base.
  • Contribute to market TAM/SAM analysis and use data-driven product and execution strategies to deliver revenue.
  • Be the voice of customer, feedback key customer requirements to product teams. Partner with Sales, Engineering and Operations to validate customer acceptance of launched product and use customer feedback to drive product innovations.
  • Perform detailed data analysis and provide up to date market intelligence, included but not limited to sales funnel management, revenue and forecast.
  • Respond to sales and customer inquiries on product pricing, schedule, forecast and technical requests.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing team on product landing pages, sell-sheet, blogs and other form of sales enablement tools.
  • Product life cycle management - management of product life cycle issues such as Product Change Notices and ultimately Product Discontinuation Notices.
Qualifications5+ years of combined experience in product management, technical product marketing or relevant engineering role in semiconductor hardware
  • Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal systems, preferred experience with Phase-Lock-Loop(PLL), clock and timing devices
  • Experience with server, communications system, consumer electronics or automotive applications
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and organization skills, ability to manage projects with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across senior leadership teams at both Renesas and customers
  • Willing to travel internationally up to 25%
Education:
  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
