Location: In-Office | 136 Westmore Dr, Etobicoke, ON M9V 3Y6At Sky Hotel and Residences, we are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our Team.This is an ideal position for an energetic + passionate individual seeking to build their hospitality career as part of a small team with a focus on providing unique and meaningful experiences for all of our Guests.ResponsibilitiesGreeting all guests with enthusiasm, prepared to provide information regarding all aspects of what Sky Hotel and Residences has to offer.Ensures all aspects of room reservation protocol are followed, including bookings, confirmations + cancellation policies.Follows Sky Hotel and Residences check in and out procedures, ensuring mandatory details are covered while building genuine rapport plus relationships with guests.Responds to all guest requests in a timely manner with follow-up communication to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.Responsible for monitoring motel lobby cleanliness and to participate in maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times.Have the highest-level comprehension of all Sky Hotel and Residences products and offerings.Must be available to work weekends.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Guest Service/ Front Desk AgentA genuine love of hospitality and a warm engaging spiritA combination of formal education with some real-world experienceExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWe are committed to fostering a positive, supportive, and creative environment at Sky Hotel and Residences that promotes equity, inclusiveness, and diversity.
