Expected Salary Range: $45,000 - 50,000 per yearResponsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, handling mail, maintaining filing systems, and responding to inquiries
- Coordinate the preparation, entry, and tracking of invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Assist with month?end tasks by confirming that billing and credit information is complete and properly recorded
- Process electronic payments and maintain organized records of supplier purchase data across multiple reporting periods
- Maintain and update company content to ensure information is accurate and accessible
- Prepare, coordinate, and distribute member materials, including monthly packages and customized program content, in collaboration with management
- Support with additional tasks and projects, as needed
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative or accounting support role, or a related field
- Diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a comparable discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and overall comfort using technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time?management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
- High level of motivation, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
- You have a positive, proactive, and “can?do” attitude, with the willingness to handle tasks of all sizes
