Workforce Inc. is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients. This is a temporary position. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customer interactions, coordinating training activities, and ensuring a high level of service delivery in a fast-paced environment.Why Apply?Position based locally in SudburyOffering a competitive salaryCollaborative work environmentResponsibilities:Provide front-line support to clients by handling incoming inquiries and assisting with service-related questionsCoordinate and support the delivery of training sessions, including scheduling participants and preparing materialsMaintain and update client records, registrations, and service information within internal systemsAssist customers with navigating online platforms and resolving technical or access-related issuesConduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and proper use of services and programsSupport the organization and execution of community outreach initiatives, events, and promotional activitiesProcess transactions and maintain accurate records of payments and daily financial activitiesPrepare documentation, reports, and client materials to support daily operationsSet up workstations or training environments and assist participants before, during, and after sessionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of services and client needsPerform general administrative and operational support duties as requiredRequirements:Post-secondary degree or diploma in any disciplinePrevious experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with strong attention to detailAbility to work both independently and within a team settingValid driver’s license and access to reliable transportationWillingness to travel within Ontario as neededSchedule: Monday to FridayPay Rate: $25 per hourLength of Assignment: Approximately 3 monthsWe thank you for your interest.
