- Assist Drivers when a breakdown occurs
- Work order entry
- Creating purchase orders
- Utilizing reports to identify incorrect or problem data using established guidelines
- Communicating exceptions, initiating corrective action, and reporting and evaluating the action effects.
- Work with third parties and in-house shops to ensure the equipment gets to required shop
- Revieve and process third party invoices
- Fully bilingual in French
- Experience in a maintenance administrative/coordination role
- Excellent organizational skills and record-keeping ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to use and learn computer software and programs
- Problem-solving ability; recognize, assess, report and provide solutions
