- Event Management: Assist with on-site responsibilities including but not limited to venue walkthroughs, floor plan management, Brand Ambassador briefings, and managing set-up & tear-down.
- Vendor Communication and Management: Communicate with a variety of external suppliers in a clear and concise manner to secure the best assets for our clients and inform our project planning.
- Financial Management: Comfortable working with budgets, submitting expenses and invoices, and assisting with reconciling a project.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Collaborate with team members on client key learnings and recommendations and contribute to post-event reporting including event recap presentations.
- Creative Thinking: You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and have your ideas and voice stand out.

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related field of study. Degree/certificate in Sports Management would be considered an asset
- 2+ years of experience in event management and execution. Brand ambassador work is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and comfortable speaking in front of peers / stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to efficiently manage conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends & outdoors in a Canadian climate as required
- Must be willing to travel and have a valid Ontario driver’s license
