- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or experience in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise system administration, business analysis, or IT support.
- Experience with POS, and hospitality IT solutions and e-commerce systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in the hospitality, resort, or tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business processes, and system integrations.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to change management and system improvements.
- Support the IT Manager, Systems Administration team and departmental leaders in the configuration, administration, integration, and optimization of Sun Peaks Resort's and Sun Peaks Grand Hotel's business-critical applications (POS, PMS, E-commerce).
- Participate in system implementations, migrations, and ongoing enhancements across various enterprise applications and cloud services.
- Focus on interpreting needs, improving processes, and aligning systems with business goals.
- Ensure seamless system integrations, support stakeholder engagement, and drive process improvements aligned with the resort's strategic goals.
