- Manage email campaigns using HubSpot from strategy to deployment, including providing direction on copy and imagery, designing layouts, audience segmentation, list hygiene, A/B testing and reporting.
- Build complex automated email workflows that trigger based on customer actions like website visits, application starts or form submissions.
- Maintain and develop targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, traditional marketing and social media to deliver consistent messages at every stage.
- Help maintain and update content on our website and landing pages.
- Work with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Support online and offline campaign development, including print, events, promotions and direct mail.
- Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Support strategic planning by contributing ideas to improve customer experience and drive results.
- Contribute to other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on lifecycle and email campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp or SendGrid.
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling marketing messages.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, customer metrics and market trends to make informed decisions.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in exploring marketing tools and technology to make campaigns more efficient and relevant.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is a significant asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French (written) is considered an asset.
- Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
