- Develops agency-wide budget allocation methodologies to maximize efficiency across multiple clients.
- Ensures reporting frameworks meet agency and client needs across multiple accounts, optimizing efficiency and insights.
- Defines coordination processes across multiple accounts to improve efficiency.
- Aligns innovation strategies across multiple accounts, ensuring long-term competitiveness.
- Oversees client relationships across multiple accounts, defining strategic engagement models.
- Oversees partner strategies across multiple accounts, fostering alignment between corporate deals and client needs.
- Manages financial oversight across multiple accounts, optimizing budget allocation models.
- 8+ years experience in digital media, ideally within agency environments
- Passion for designing and growing best in class client services and solutions
- Inspiring team leader with a reputation for growing people
- Strategic understanding of all digital media channels with a POV and pulse on where the digital media market is going
- Working knowledge of media buying platforms and publisher offerings
- Strong business strategy mindset with excellent people leadership skills
