The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of institutional sector-related construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and deliver exceptional results for a challenging project located in Stouffville, ON.

Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project goals and expectations.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations in Stouffville.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project updates to senior management as required.

A strong background in managing institutional sector-related construction projects, including new builds between $50-70M in scope in a general contracting environment.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A commitment to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
Education in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
