- Develop and scale paid search campaigns that maximize ROI and fuel customer acquisition.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and influence strategy across multiple business lines.

- You are comfortable thinking strategically, diving deep into data, and applying insights to deliver meaningful results.
- An agency background with a proven track record in paid search campaign management is highly valued.
- Take a ownership of in the planning, managing, and executing QuickBooks and Mailchimp SEM campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, development and implementation of strategies, campaign structure, budget management, bidding and invoice management across all LoBs
- Coordinate and oversee Paid Search execution with the agency, platform partners (Google, Microsoft), and others to optimize campaigns.
- Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams - SEO, Analytics, Finance to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities and develop roadmaps.
- Execute campaign optimization tactics (bidding, ad copy and landing page testing) to achieve spend efficiency and volume targets. Partner with local teams to define the test roadmap
- Audit and update existing data pipelines in collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Tech teams to ensure the highest level of data quality
- 4+ years of paid search strategy experience for a large brand
- Experience using Paid Search management tools like: Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Search Ads 360
- Experience building, executing and scaling large-budget, multiple LoB paid search campaigns
- SEM bid management platform experience required
- Experience with keyword analysis, common keyword research tools
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Adobe analytics, GA4 and similar analytics tools
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience leading go-to-market for B2B software with be a plus
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership Agency and client experience preferred
