
Conveyancer

- Overseeing residential real estate files from initial client intake through to post-completion follow-ups
- Drafting key documents such as Form A Transfers, mortgages, Statements of Adjustments, and trust-related correspondence
- Communicating directly with clients, financial institutions, realtors, and legal counterparts to ensure seamless transactions
- Conducting title searches and reviewing associated Land Title documentation
- Preparing closing documents and handling financial statements for real estate transactions
- Maintaining compliance with firm protocols and legal accuracy across all documentation
- Keeping files meticulously organized and up to date throughout the conveyancing process
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience handling residential conveyancing files from start to finish in BC
- Confidence managing a busy conveyancing desk independently
- Solid understanding of BC conveyancing procedures and Land Title Office processes
- Proficiency in conveyancing software (ProSuite and/or eConveyance), BC Online, and Microsoft Office applications
- High level of precision, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a client-service mindset
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
