- Represent globally renowned world whisky brands with deep heritage and craftsmanship.
- Design and deliver impactful brand experiences across Canada including masterclasses, luxury tastings, and media events.

- Serve as the national brand authority and public face for Suntory Global Spirits' world whisky portfolio.
- Plan and execute national brand education programs including masterclasses, trade trainings, festivals, media engagements, and consumer events.
- Build relationships with key on-premise accounts, bartenders, retailers, and industry influencers to drive brand advocacy and listings.
- Understand and support commercial priorities by partnering with sales teams to drive distribution, visibility, and prestige placements in priority accounts.
- Deliver engaging product education and training for trade partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Represent the brands with consumer and trade media including interviews, tastings, and content development.
- Develop compelling brand storytelling content and maintain a professional social media presence supporting brand awareness.
- Monitor whisky category trends and provide insights to the Canadian marketing team through quarterly reporting and event recaps.
- Manage ambassador budgets and submit expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the global ambassador community and participate in international brand initiatives, customer visits, and distillery experiences
- Ability to represent and support other Suntory Global Spirits brands when required.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Experience ex. years/level, and relevant work experience, industry, sectors, etc.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, brand education, or event management.
- Experience in the beverage alcohol industry strongly preferred.
- Proven experience developing and delivering engaging presentations, training, or seminars to groups.
- Strong public speaking and storytelling ability, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with trade partners, media, and industry stakeholders.
- Passion for world whisky with strong product knowledge and desire to deepen expertise.
- Commercial mindset with ability to support sales objectives and identify brand growth opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Mixology knowledge or bar experience are considered an asset.
- Bilingual English and French considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with expense management systems such as Concur.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is an asset.
- Travel required approximately 60-70% nationally.
- Evening and weekend work is required.
- Comfortable appearing in media interviews, social media, and live presentations.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects the standards of a luxury spirits brand.
- Ability to travel to distilleries, industry events, and customer engagements as required.
