The OpportunityThis position works out of our Mississauga location in the Diabetes Care division. We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.What You’ll Do
  • Interface with suppliers, managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Provide operational support to software developers and testers, understanding their requirements and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the budget for the digital team, ensuring alignment with overall business financial goals.
  • Regularly track and analyze budget expenditures, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records of KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
  • Support sourcing strategies by conducting market research and supplier evaluations.
  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintaining supplier databases and documentation.
  • Track and report on procurement project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment on procurement policies and contract terms.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier relationships and procurement processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, ideally within a digital or software development environment.
  • - High energy, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • - Strong background working with software developers, testers, and technical teams.
  • - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams and regions.
  • - Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • - Experience collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and cross functional stakeholders.
  • - Familiarity with supplier/vendor management.
  • - Fluency in English
  • - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
