Company: ClaimsPro LP - International Programs GroupCyber Claims Examiner (Anywhere in Canada)Salary range: $0.00 - $0.00 annuallyInternational Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third-party administration (TPA) team providing claims services for Lloyd's of London syndicates, domestic insurers, self-insured entities, and organizations with high financial retentions.We have an existing opportunity to add a Cyber Claims Examiner to join our growing team!The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will display excellent customer service skills and will be a key contributor to the success of the organization by providing knowledgeable, detailed and timely service. Utilizing a ‘desktop’ model, IPG examiners manage claims from start to finish. This hands-on approach ensures that the claim is handled properly and helps offset third-party adjusting costs.Role Responsibilities:

Examine complex liability claims, with primary focus on Cyber claims
Produce reports with occasional guidance from Manager
Direct Field Adjusters on task assignment investigations
Settle claims directly with Insureds or their representatives
Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure clients’ needs are met
Report back to the syndicate or self-insured according to their guidelines

Qualifications & Experience:While licensing and experience are critical to being able to handle significant examining tasks for a TPA, we are looking for individuals with a demonstrated and proven track record of performance. You will have to be strong technically, a solid planner and organizer, and understand key issues plus provide solid solutions. You will have to be motivated to do this type of work and be excited by the challenges that a rapidly growing organization faces.We will also consider the following:

Your education, with relevant post-secondary education being an asset
Your completed CIP courses, or working towards CIP designation
Your ability to hold an independent adjusting license
5+ years of claims handling experience
2+ years handling cyber claims
Exposure to the Lloyd's market would be an asset
Your experience positively contributing to a high-performing team
Examples of your strong aptitude and ability to work with technology
Your attention to detail and your ability to communicate professionally

What We Offer:

Salary range – $ 80,300 - $ 111,500 per year. Salary is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and internal equity
