We take care of your total insurance needs and are specialists in Truck insurance, Business insurance, Manufacturers and Contractors insurance, Auto and Home insurance.Responsibilities:Provide Quotes to incoming callers and/or web leads for potential new Business SalesAssess and qualify risks according to brokerage and underwriting companies’ rules and guidelines to determine acceptance, placement and CarrierClose Sales of policiesDocument and follow up on leadsService incoming calls for policy changes and renewalsConduct Policy Reviews to ensure that Insureds are adequately protected with the appropriate coveragesWhat we offer:Performance based compensation including bonusesCustomized MentorshipOngoing resources and supportOpportunities to grow and develop.Qualifications:RIBO license in good standingMinimum of 1-3 years’ personal lines brokerage experienceSecondary School diploma or equivalentStrong Sales Closure of new Quotes to PolicyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to meet Sales goalsAbility to organize and prioritize work effectivelyStrong knowledge of Personal Lines Auto and Property InsuranceExperience with multiple marketsExceptional customer relationship management skillsA team player and have the ability to work without supervisionPreferred Skills:Prior experience with Power Broker or other Broker SystemsExperienced with Applied Rating Services (formerly Compu-Quote)Ability to work in a diverse team environmentProficient in Microsoft Software (Word, Excel etc.)CIP designation an asset but not required
