I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a well-established manufacturing company based in Boisbriand, for an Electromechanic - Permanent, full-time, night shift position. Salary starting at $38.42/h with premiums and a full benefits package.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining, optimizing, and repairing highly automated production equipment, including robots, presses, CNC machines, conveyors, and compressors. You will be involved in both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the efficiency and reliability of operations.Main responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment (robots, CNC, presses, conveyors, etc.)
- Respond to unplanned service calls and quickly restore equipment operation
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to robotics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Install, modify, repair, or replace mechanical and electrical components
- Actively contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with the team to ensure safety, quality, and production performance
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various types of equipment
- Rigor, responsiveness, and strong focus on safety
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to collective successYour background
- DEP (vocational diploma) in Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an automated manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of robotics is a strong asset
- Electrical license or in the process of obtaining one (with premium available)
- Availability for night shifts and to work every other weekend

- Salary: $38.42/h upon entry, increasing to $39.40/h after 9 months
- Electrical premium: $2.25/h
