At Enhanced Care, we know the importance of primary care and family practice in everyone's health and wellness. Our conveniently located clinics are open for extended hours to look after the needs of our patients and our communities. With a team of skilled individuals working alongside over 70 family physicians, specialists, and allied health providers, our goal is to get our patients healthy, quickly and safely.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support our marketing needs. This is a full-time 12-month contract position with occasional weekends and evenings.Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will assist management with the execution of marketing goals and campaigns.Location: Remote and in-person in Markham (610 Alden Road, Markham, ON L3R 9Z1)Job responsibilities:
  • Help develop and execute marketing strategies including the coordination of related marketing materials (email blasts, print & online advertising)
  • Development of promotional material
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing deliverables
  • Manage budget for marketing projects
  • Assisting in curating content for social media and email campaigns
  • Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management
  • Resolve and escalate marketing issues as required
  • Manage social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
  • Manage brand guide
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in a marketing role is required
  • Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Marketing is an asset
  • Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with strong writing and editorial abilities
  • Demonstrated success with Social Media tools such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and others
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, media monitoring software, and other public relation tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, delivering results that meet quality expectations on time
  • Experience in health care is an asset
  • Strong attention to details and creativity is required
  • Previous experience in the following: content creation, creating and editing posters/flyers, executing social media marketing (LinkedIn, Meta and Youtube), basic video editing, basic photoshop, drafting and posting company's updates via constant contact and experience working with magazines and media vendors to promote ads on their platforms
