Qualifications3+ years of experience supporting airline commercial systems including Passenger Service Systems (PSS), reservation platforms, airport and passenger management systems, loyalty platforms, revenue management or airline distribution technologies.Experience working with airline commercial ecosystems including integrations with finance systems, operations platforms, digital channels, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) or partner platforms.Experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing enterprise operational systems in complex, customer-facing environments.Experience working with airline technology vendors and managing integrations across multiple enterprise systems.Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into system solutions.Experience working in mission-critical environments where operational continuity, safety, and system reliability are essential.Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical and user documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, commercial, and technology groups.Comfort operating in a fast-paced airline environment where systems directly support live operational activity.Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline preferred.Experience with airline commercial platforms such as Navitaire, Amadeus, Sabre, or other passenger service systems is considered an asset.Bilingual capability (French) is an asset.
