They are looking for an Agile Delivery Advisor someone to help modernize and enable Agile delivery across enterprise IT teams. This role is ideal for an experienced delivery leader or Agile coach who thrives in complex environments and knows how to adapt Agile practices to real-world constraints. You’ll work hands-on with delivery teams and leaders to model effective Agile behaviors, support planning and execution, and help teams become self-sufficient over time. This role requires strong executive presence, systems thinking, and experience navigating large organizational change.What you will be doing:Enable Agile delivery across multiple product teamsCoach teams and leaders through early-stage Agile transformationAdapt Agile frameworks to fit organizational contextSupport delivery planning, coordination, and executionPartner with senior leaders to improve outcomes and predictabilityWhat you must have:Deep experience with enterprise Agile transformationsAbility to blend Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other practicesStrong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsComfort working with directors and executive audiencesPragmatic, collaborative approach to Agile deliverySalary/Rate Range: $95,000.00 – $142,000.00Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
