You’ll be at the heart of orchestrating the transition from legacy system to Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations financial systems. Your role involves working with external consultants and our finance team, mapping out data flows, fine-tuning configurations, and ensuring the successful implementation of defined financial management requirements.
  • Identify and operationalize opportunities to effectively utilize the system functionality
  • Be a hands-on Senior Manager with expectations to ensure the defined financial system requirements are configured and implemented
  • Strong leadership skills to:
▪ Manage projects issues and come up with appropriate plan working with finance and business teams▪ Own and manage project schedule and resourcing▪ Raise and track risks and issues, resolve conflicts and escalate appropriately when needed
  • Ensure on-time delivery & quality deliverables
  • Work with Project Managers to provide timely input into project timelines, resourcing and issue identification and resolution
  • Work closely with various team members, internal and external

  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) Designation
  • 7+ years of combined accounting and finance experience, ideally gained within a professional services organization
  • Finance system implementation experience, with a preference for expertise in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
  • Ability to translate and effectively communicate complex financial concepts to all levels of the project team
  • Proven experience in the delivery and operation of complex business processes and business systems
  • Proven ability of delivering successful ERP system implementations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders and core/extended team members
