Our client is currently seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead their operations. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan. As the successful candidate you will be accountable for translating corporate vision into clear objectives across every level of the organization, managing the full P&L, and championing excellence to ensure sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the company's strategic direction, setting measurable goals and identifying competitive advantages to expand market presence.
Own the P&L and utilize data-driven KPI analysis to minimize financial risk and maximize cost-effective profitability.
Cultivate a diverse and accountable workplace by mentoring senior leaders and establishing robust talent pipelines.
Enable the senior team by streamlining decision-making and fostering an environment of innovation and relentless customer focus.
Act as a key ambassador for the brand with external stakeholders while maintaining rigorous standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
A track record of delivering financial and operational results is more critical than a specific industry background.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
MBA or CPA designation is considered a significant asset.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and align high-performing teams.
