- Prepare quarterly and annual MD&A for multiple funds in collaboration with accounting, capital markets, legal, and operations teams.
- Develop quarterly executive reporting packages, including dashboards, KPIs, variance analyses, and commentary.
- Conduct industry, competitive, and macroeconomic analysis to inform decision-making.
- Manage the quarterly fair value modeling process under IFRS and support year-end appraisals and audits.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of underlying assets to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums and support scenario analysis for major investments and corporate initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy, while remaining flexible to evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or similar designation preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting environment, including hands-on experience with external financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems is considered an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and well-developed problem-solving abilities
