- Activate and provision new mobile phone devices and phone lines for Company employees and new hires.
- Deactivate mobile phone lines and collect mobile phone devices upon employee departures.
- Generate monthly reports on data usage charges of users, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Install and activate SIM cards, screen protectors, and phone cases on devices as required.
- Utilize Apple device management and Microsoft Intune platforms for device management and configuration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both iOS and Android OS platforms to address user inquiries and issues effectively.
- Maintain a reliable inventory of devices and accessories, ensuring an adequate supply at all times.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with mobile devices, services, and repairs when necessary, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and teamwork mentality while also capable of working autonomously.
- Excel in both independent and team settings, demonstrating strong time-management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Possess knowledge of computer hardware and networking, with familiarity in Office365, Windows 10, and 11 considered a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in mobile device administration or related roles.
- Familiarity with Apple device management tools (e.g., Apple Business Manager) and Microsoft Intune preferred.
- Proficiency in both iOS and Android OS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, networking, and software applications.
- Certification in mobile device management (e.g., CompTIA Mobility+, Apple Certified Support Professional) a plus.
