Tire Service Foreman

• Providing guidance and expertise to other tire service associates to ensure proper and safe work procedures are being completed and adhered to
• You will coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and escalate issues to supervisor for remedy.

• You could be inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial and/or OTR tires

• This position will oversee and dispatch service trucks

• We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Tire Technician
• A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is required
• A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
• A keen attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
