- Client experience is preferred! Ability to hit the ground running and hold their own with minimal training or direction. Ideal candidate should also have deep experience in business analysis, strong knowledge of security and insider threat domains, and proven ability to manage requirements across hybrid delivery methodologies leveraging both waterfall and agile methods to documenting requirements.

- Successful candidate will be expected to drive the end-to-end requirements management process fort he design and implementation of an Insider Threat User Entity and Behavioral Analytics platform.
- The lead BA will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, cyber security teams, data scientists, and technology delivery teams to ensure requirements are well defined, prioritized, and delivered.
- Ensure traceability of requirements to the business solution and benefits realization throughout project.
- Define and manage the project requirements efforts, including developing requirements phase costs and timelines.
- Support the Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) process with vendors to tool selection on the program
- Work with the Agile coach to develop progress reporting/metrics in JIRA as user stories and related tasks are completed and delivered
- Indirectly lead, guide and coach a team of business analysts working on a program to standardize the approach to requirements and ensure consistency across every pod both from a waterfall documentation perspective and in the form of EPICS and User stories in JIRA
- Provide leadership, guidance and support in defining the business needs, business benefits, or problem/opportunity statements based on strategic drivers
- Apply a variety of elicitation techniques to probe, challenge and understand requirements through facilitation of requirements sessions at the program level.
- Work with QE leads to support Quality Assurance planning activities which include review test plans and providing guidance on testing strategy and defect reporting.
- Identify risks or issues with the prioritization of requirements and the technology design/ solution which may impact realization of project benefits and provide recommendations and support to stakeholders in making decisions to pro-actively resolve or mitigate potential risks/delays to the project.
- Proactively identify and track requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints and anticipate & effectively manage risks related to requirements across the program.
- Build a requirements strategy for the Program that satisfies the hybrid approach to requirements (including waterfall requirements and JIRA user stories given the POD structure of the program)
- Own the facilitation and end-to-end delivery of the strategy on the Program across several pods for how requirements shall be structured, traced and prioritized to maximize business value
- Collaborate with technology partners and provide recommendations to support development of: system requirements and design, testing plans, artifacts/deliverables to ensure business needs are met.
- Support the Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) process with vendors to tool selection on the program
- Support Change Management and overall project readiness activities and to support during the development of their strategy for the program.
- Contribute to personal and team development of skills and capability through training, mentorship of junior/peer Business Analysts, and contribution to the BA practice.
- Cyber or Information security – 2+ years
- Experience as a BA leading IT projects and/or initiatives – 10+ years
- Experience as a BA in large scale programs (north of $100 mil) – 10+ years
- Advanced communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and negotiation
- Requirements elicitation – 10+ years
- Requirements Management Life Cycle (RMLC), System Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), Business Requirements, Business Process Management (BPM) and/pr Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) methodologies – 10+ years
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Proven ability to provide coaching and mentoring
