This role is accountable for talent attraction, retention, engagement, performance management, and employee development.The Service Manager plays a key role in departmental leadership, contributing to budget development, managing expenses, and actively participating in workforce planning. This position is responsible for addressing and resolving employee relations matters and translating customer requirements into actionable workforce strategies and objectives.Manager provides onsite visibility into KPIs and operational metrics, offers informed input to management, and demonstrates strong second‑level leadership capabilities. The Service Manager effectively applies all technical and operational standards, leverages region‑wide resources, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for both customers and the business.This role also ensures product, system, and water quality and is responsible for monitoring/maintaining appropriate inventory levels for complex or multiple sites. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
