Business group: Events team oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of our tradeshow and exhibit activities.
This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering outstanding attendee experiences that represent our brand at industry events. How to negotiate with operators and vendors, coordinate tradeshow logistics, and work with someone who understands how ShoTrade operates. This includes planning cocktail receptions and managing all activities related to the show.

- Develop and manage end-to-end tradeshow plans, including logistics, booth design, marketing materials, shipping, and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tradeshow organizers and partners.
- Manage tradeshow budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Lead onsite event setup, staff coordination, and troubleshooting during tradeshows.
- Work with the Marketing team to create engaging booth experiences and promotional strategies.
- Track and report on tradeshow performance, attendee feedback, and return on investment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to event participation.
- 5+ years of experience coordinating tradeshows, exhibitions, or large-scale events.
- Executive stakeholder management experience.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with event management software (Workfront preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed for event schedules.
- Creative problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
