Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.This Seasonal role will assist the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor in the day-to-day maintenance of the overall facility.- Must have a valid driver’s licenseSeasonal General Maintenance Worker is responsible for:Carry out maintenance and/or cleaning tasks that are assigned by the Maintenance manager or Supervisor, including interior and exterior painting, minor drywall repairs, potholes repairs.Assist the team with completing work-orders & preventative maintenance tasks submitted through the Angus Anywhere maintenance softwareEnsure all parking decks, staircases, sidewalks, and entrance ways are free of litter, spills, cigarette butts and other forms of debrisEnsure all garbage containers and ash trays are emptied and cleaned on a regular basisKeep all vehicles and equipment clean and regularly maintainedPerform repairs and preventative tasks on washroom fixtures, etc. and any other equipment to ensure they are maintained to a satisfactory health and safety standard.Perform daily inspections of washrooms, entrance doors, food court seatingInstallation of signs, posters, decals, and set up of other items as requestedPower Wash and clean areas as requested. Watering of plants and weed removal.
