- Monday – Friday 7am-4pm, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch
- Rotational on-call coverage once every 4 weeks, 4:00 - 6:00 pm weekdays and 7:00 am to 6:30 pm weekend.

- Oversee the allocation and distribution of the light-duty fleet across all active projects, continuously assessing utilization rates and ensuring each project site has the right vehicles at the right time.
- Closely monitor evolving fleet needs at each project level and collaborate with field operations management to identify, evaluate, and source the most operationally and financially viable replacement or rental options.
- Receive, review, and process vehicle requisitions in a timely manner. Validate requests against operational requirements and budget parameters, and expedite approvals to minimize project downtime.
- Manage all correspondence, negotiations, and agreements with fleet suppliers and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, service reliability, and priority access during peak demand periods.
- Consult regularly with suppliers and field operations teams to anticipate demand and address issues proactively.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously refine supply chain management strategies that improve the efficiency, responsiveness, and reliability of fleet procurement and deployment operations.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate fleet repairs, preventive maintenance, and periodic inspections.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards and are returned to service with minimal delay.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet registries, including vehicle renewals, new plate issuances, and plate cancellations.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with applicable regulations and internal governance standards.
- Perform regular insurance reconciliation for both existing and newly acquired vehicles, ensuring continuous and accurate coverage across the entire fleet.
- Resolve coverage discrepancies and administrative issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor fleet-related expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Proactively flag potential budget overruns and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
- Experience in fleet coordination, logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance processes
- Proficiency with fleet management software or asset tracking systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Effective communicator with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
