Administrative Support & Coordination
- Maintain patrol schedules in liaison with the area scheduler and assist in coordinating shift assignments.
- Track and document patrol coverage, vehicle usage, incidents, and site visits.
- Review shift reports, incident summaries, and performance metrics.
- Liaise with clients to confirm patrol requirements, update site instructions, and resolve concerns.
- Assist with fleet tracking, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle inspection recordkeeping.
- Monitor real-time patrol activity using Tracktik software, GPS tracking, and CCTV systems.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and client service standards.
- Assist management with performance reviews and progressive discipline investigations.
- Support onboarding of new patrol officers, working with scheduling for orientation/training
- Coordinate incident reporting, follow-ups, and communication with supervisory staff
- Maintain compliance with WorkSafe BC, provincial security licensing, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Act as an administrative point of contact between mobile patrol officers and division supervisor.
- Provide support to management for Home Watch & Alarm Response client inquires.
- Contribute to performance reviews by gathering patrol logs, feedback, and incident summaries.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, patrol efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- 2–3 years of experience in security operations oversight or security administrative coordination
- Current and valid BC Security Worker License.
- Current and valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and dispatch/patrol tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of Tracktik security reporting system preferred.
- Fleet management experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of security licensing and regulatory compliance is an asset.
- Office-based with periodic site visits, vehicle inspections & vehicle moves (dealerships/repair shops).
