Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electrical components, is seeking a Mississauga-Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly and wiring operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Mechanical AssemblerLocation: Mississauga, ONPay Range: $21Shift: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 3:30pm; Friday: 6:00am - 10:00amWhat's the Job?

Assemble and mount electrical, mechanical, and sub-assembly components onto panels, enclosures, and structures following standard layouts
Wire electrical products with basic or standard options based on customer drawings and schematics
Wire electrical products with non-standard options under the guidance of experienced electrical assemblers
Perform functionality checks such as continuity testing to ensure proper assembly
Complete checklists and documentation as required, assemble enclosures/structures, and deliver sub-assemblies to production areas

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12 or equivalent)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Basic understanding of wiring schematic symbols is an asset
Willingness to support inventory maintenance and perform cycle counts
