- Provide leadership, operational direction, motivation, and support necessary to 5 direct reports and 15 indirect perform their responsibilities in proficient manner
- Building and maintaining strong relationships between the Ministries, Service Alberta, Print Services and service providers
- Monitor all expenditures to ensure expenditures and revenue as in accordance with guidelines
- Identifying yearly capital expenditures and procure assets.
- Oversees the sustainment of Print Services print management software system
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and client needs.
- Effective consultation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing or supervising staff, including coaching, performance planning, mentoring, and assessment.
- The ability to critically assess existing processes, identify gaps, and develop and implement improvement strategies related to service delivery and security.

- Work experience and knowledge of operational business processes and practices within a diverse service setting.
- Work experience in managing complex projects.
- Previous experience in a production print environment
- Previous knowledge of mainframe
- Experience conducting procurements within the GA framework is an asset.
- Experience in managing large budgets, and forecasts
