Along with your knack for thinking outside of the box, you're ready to use your knowledge of implementing new systems solutions based on current, new, and emerging technologies and best practices of our business.As a Solution Architect, you'll work with senior managers and stakeholders to shape the long-term direction of systems and applications solutions by leveraging your knowledge of architecture practices in various aspects like business, application, data, security, and infrastructure.

  • Familiarize yourself with our procedures, processes, applications, and infrastructure landscape, and build relationships with our employee end-user community.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior managers and business stakeholders and participate in planning sessions to shape the long-term direction for systems/application solutions.
  • Lead the design of solution architecture for Information System projects, ensuring alignment with business, operational, and enterprise requirements.
  • Leverage your knowledge of regulations, technology trends, vendors' product maps, and organization and enterprise architecture strategies to deliver solutions that bring maximum business benefits.
What it takes:
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a business-related discipline.
  • More than 12 years of experience in Information Systems with a minimum of five years of experience as a Solution Architect.
  • Excellent strategic thinking to deliver major, new, and traditional projects that combine project management, continuous improvement, and change expertise to drive our business forward.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with leaders and stakeholders across the business as you design solutions that guide us toward excellence.
