Job Description :This is a remote position.Progress Tech is a fast-growing business solutions company specializing in software implementation, support and training for clients using the Zoho platform. Based out of Vancouver, BC we cater to the small to medium-sized business market in Canada. Our solutions allow organizations to scale efficiently and meet new challenges effectively with an integrated cloud-based operating system that supports their growth and fosters innovation as they continue through their business lifecycles.We are looking for a dynamic, detail-orientated, experienced Zoho Solutions Architect to work alongside our development and leadership teams. The individual is highly familiar with Zoho application functionality, limitations and customization. They would can demonstrate an ability to characterize and understand a clients' unique business needs. With the client needs in-hand the Zoho Solutions Architect is able to transform them into reality by leveraging the Zoho application suite and developing business processes.The right person will have an analytical and creative mind and be a master at designing the optimal business operating system for each client. The candidate will also collaborate with the team on feasibility and solution architecture as well as test for quality assurance before our work is presented to clients.The ideal candidate has previous professional experience in a role where they were required to utilize Zoho products. This can be within an organization to either service that company's clients or facilitate the internal usage of Zoho within that organization.Responsibilities:Characterize client business software feature requests and design solutions to achieve the client's desired results within the Zoho One ecosystem.Present business recommendations, custom Zoho solutions, and technical functional specifications to clients and project team in an easy to comprehend manner.Collaborate with Progress Tech team members to find solutions for client requests and participate in planning and system architecture.Find solutions to issues that arise when features do not work as intended. Work with team to seek out the answer, work-around, or alternate solution to fulfil the feature request to the client’s satisfaction.Work directly with the Business Analyst/Project Management team throughout the project and be a knowledgeable and professional representative of Progress Tech.Work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize collected requirements.Analyse and generate high-quality functional specifications based on provided client processes and needs.Perform testing and quality assurance for deliverable work prior to presenting to the client and providing feedback to the internal team as needed.Maintain documentation of activities; tasks, notes and hours in Zoho Projects.Proactively maintain Zoho skills/knowledge with continuing education on changes/updates to Zoho software. Keep up with the newest capabilities and be aware of how that may impact operations of ongoing and past projects.Set-up, administrate, and manage clients’ Zoho user accounts and subscriptions on an as-needed basis.Facilitate training sessions with clients and provide support as neededFacilitate client support via Zoho Desk to resolve client technical issues, troubleshooting and bug fixes.Use the internal Zoho system for all communication with clients and team members as well for documenting client interactions.Optimize and improve requirements gathering internal documentation processes to build upon company procedures, efficiency, and effectiveness.Actively contribute to Progress Tech internal programs, procedures, and projects.Publish contributions to Progress Tech's Zoho Desk Knowledge Base upon request.Perform various project-related tasks on an as-needed basis.Develop user documentation and training materials for clients on an as-needed basis.Participate in project management activities on an as-needed basis.Be available Mon-Fri during business hours (PST).Follow Estoras Group company policies.RequirementsA university degree or diploma in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent work experience is preferred.5+ years working in a professional services environment or within an industry vertical in a business-systems planning/implementation role.3+ years expertise in customizing software functional specifications.1+ years working within a company or with clients who are utilizing Zoho One Applications.Well-versed in Zoho One's capabilities: Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Assist, Zoho Backstage, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Checkout, Zoho Cliq, Zoho Connect, Zoho Contact Manager, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Docs, Zoho Expense, Zoho Flow, Zoho Forms, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Marketing Hub, Zoho Meeting, Zoho Motivator, Zoho Notebook, Zoho PageSense, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Recruit, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho ShowTime, Zoho Sign, Zoho Sites, Zoho Social, Zoho Sprints, Zoho Subscriptions, Zoho Survey, ZohoVault, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Show, Zoho Bookings and others.Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to articulate complex technical requirements in a simple to understand, conversational manner or in simple visual models.Proficiency in various software requirements methodologies.Proven client support experience, specifically in implementing client processes, solutions investigation, and team meetings.Knowledge and experience in identifying data/information requirements.Ability to collaborate with team to communicate client requirements and expectations.Proven ability to stay ahead of industry trends. Constantly looking for new solutions to client’s challenges in an ever-changing environment.Technical experience in web or software development, with a demonstrated understanding of web-related technical terms.Problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Independent worker able to move deliverables forward with little guidance.Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail.Understanding of web technology platforms and their capabilities/limitations.Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communications with stakeholders.Familiarity and strong general knowledge of common CRM/ERP/FI software in the marketplace, their features and how they compare.Ability to attend on-site client meetings as needed.Available Mon-Fri during business hours (PST)Benefits

  • Term: full-time employment, 33 hours per week
