--What will your typical day look like?As a Lead, you will:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPM ARCS projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, finance and accounting teams, and Deloitte colleagues to understand business needs, redesign finance process end to end and develop effective ARCS solutions.
  • Configure ARCS modules (Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, etc.) to align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ARCS-related issues, ensuring smooth integrations and data integrity.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, user documentation, and support materials for clients.
  • Stay current with Oracle EPM ARCS developments, updates, and Deloitte methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Enough about us, let's talk about youYou are someone who is:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 2 years of hands-on ARCS implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of account reconciliation, financial close, and finance transformation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading project teams and managing client relationships in a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in ARCS configuration, data integration, and automation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Oracle EPM/ARCS certification(s) considered an asset.
  • Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, EPBCS, etc.) is an asset.
Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teamsTotal RewardsThe salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
