- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPM ARCS projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, finance and accounting teams, and Deloitte colleagues to understand business needs, redesign finance process end to end and develop effective ARCS solutions.
- Configure ARCS modules (Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching, etc.) to align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ARCS-related issues, ensuring smooth integrations and data integrity.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, user documentation, and support materials for clients.
- Stay current with Oracle EPM ARCS developments, updates, and Deloitte methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
- Deliver exceptional client service by maximizing results and driving high performance from people, while also fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
- Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships
- Understand key objectives for clients and Deloitte, and align people to them to set appropriate priorities and direction
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 2 years of hands-on ARCS implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation, financial close, and finance transformation processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams and managing client relationships in a consulting environment.
- Proficiency in ARCS configuration, data integration, and automation.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Oracle EPM/ARCS certification(s) considered an asset.
- Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, EPBCS, etc.) is an asset.
